Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation or withdrawal of registration must be conveyed to the AEBMC Coordinator in writing.
Full refund of fees if cancellation notice is received before 10th May 2021.
Refunds will be made through Paypal or DBS PayNow depending on how the fees were first paid, no later than 30 June 2021. Any commission or fees chargeable by Paypalor DBS PayNow for the refund shall be borne by the Trainee who cancelled.
No refund if:
- The written notice of cancellation is received by AEBMC Coordinator from 10th May 2021 onwards; or.
- Trainees fails to attend AEBMC Workshop.

Replacement Policy

Trainees who are unable to attend the AEBMC Workshop at the last minute may send a replacement subject to approval by the AEBMC Coordinator in her absolute discretion.
Replacement requests must be submitted in writing to the AEBMC Coordinator at least 24 hours prior to the AEBMC Workshop.

AEMBC’s Right to Cancel Live EBM Workshop

AEBMC reserve the right to wholly or partially, cancel the AEBMC Workshop and fully refund the fees paid by the Trainee due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, illness or urgent event of a Trainer/Facilitator), lockdowns or changes to social distancing rules due to the Covid 19 pandemic. In the event that AEBMC cancels the Live EBM Workshop, AEBMC shall refund all payments made by the Trainees affected through Paypal. All Paypal charges for such refunds to the Trainees shall be borne by AEBMC.
Each Trainee affected by the cancellation by AEMBC shall have no further claims against AEBMC, and/or it’s affiliates and associates and AEBMC and/or it’s affiliates and associates shall have no further liability with respect to the Trainees so affected.

AEBMC Workshop Fees (inclusive of GST)

Senior Registrars and below:
Course fees for 26 – 28 September, 2025 AEBMC Workshops

Fees: SGD1,300
PayNow UEN: 201425280GEBM

Associate Consultants and above:
Course fees for 26 – 28 September, 2025 AEBMC Workshops

Fees: SGD1,600
PayNow UEN: 201425280GEBM

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once your application for the Workshop Date has been accepted the following cancellation policies apply:

Any Cancellation must be notified in writing via email and addressed to ebmworkshop@shc-sg.com and aebmc_coordinator@shc-sg.com. and notice period excludes the day of email notification.
Any postponement of the Workshop Date to a later date is also regarded as cancellation.
Should you wish to cancel booking, the following cancellation fees will be levied:
- Less than 28 days before the Trainee’s selected Workshop Date – 100% of Registration Fees.
- More than 28 days before the Trainee’s selected Workshop Date – Full Refund (subject to an administration fee of 15% of workshop fees).

No refund if the Trainee fails to attend the AEBMC Workshop.

Refunds will be made through PayNow, within twenty eight (28) days of receipt of Cancellation Notice.

Replacement Policy

AEBMC reserve the right to wholly or partially, cancel the AEBMC Workshop and fully refund the fees paid by the Trainee due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, illness or urgent event of a Trainer/Facilitator), lockdowns or changes to social distancing rules due to the Covid 19 pandemic. In the event that AEBMC cancels the EBM Workshop, AEBMC shall refund all payments made by the Trainees affected using PayNow at the our discretion. All PayNow charges for such refunds to the Trainees shall be borne by AEBMC.
Each Trainee affected by the cancellation by AEMBC shall have no further claims against AEBMC, and/or it’s affiliates and associates and AEBMC and/or it’s affiliates and associates shall have no further liability with respect to the Trainees so affected.
